Our Leadership

William M. Greenblatt is the Founder and Chairman of Sterling Talent Solutions, one of the leading global providers of pre-employment screening services. Recognized as a leader in the industry, he has more than 30 years of experience in the pre-employment screening field and was honored in June 2006 by Ernst & Young as Entrepreneur of the Year. Under his leadership, Sterling Talent Solutions has received honors as a Member of the Inc. 5,000 fastest growing companies in the United States, Deloitte & Touche LLP's 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America, Deloitte & Touche LLP's 50 fastest growing technology companies in the New York area and InfoWorld Magazine's Top 10 Best IT Projects of 2007. Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a JD from Cardozo Law School.

Clare joined Sterling Talent Solutions as President in May 2013.Clare is well known as an innovator and leader in the world of interactive data and business information services. Clare most recently served as president and CEO of Infogroup where she led efforts to reorganize the company from multiple independent silos to six client-focused lines-of-business under a united and enhanced Infogroup brand. Prior to Infogroup, Clare was president of the Dow Enterprise Media Group, which generated over $700 million in annual sales and included the Dow Jones Indexes, Dow Jones Newswires, Factiva, Dow Jones Licensing and Financial Information Services units. Clare also previously served as a founding member and ultimately president and chief executive officer of Factiva, when it was a joint venture of Dow Jones and Reuters.

Clare has won numerous awards for leadership and innovation including Inside Market Data’s 2010 Hall of Fame, where she was recognized as "The Visionary." She also served on the Direct Marketing Association and the Software and Information Industry Association boards, and is currently an advisory board member of both the Lubuto Library Project and The Women’s Venture Fund.

Clare holds a B.S. in Finance and Computer Systems Management from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Rider University.

Ms. Kelley-Hilton joined Bishops in 2009, bringing with her over a decade of experience in corporate due diligence and background investigations. She currently oversees Bishops’ global operations. Prior to joining Bishops, Ms. Kelley-Hilton was a Managing Director at an investigation and risk mitigation consulting firm in New York City where she was personally responsible for conducting and managing due diligence investigations and intelligence gathering projects around the globe. Ms. Kelley-Hilton has led thousands of investigations across multiple business sectors on behalf of clients, which have included investment banking and private equity firms, real estate investment trusts, commercial lending institutions and multinational law firms and corporations. Ms. Kelley-Hilton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also a Licensed Private Investigator by the New York Department of State, a Certified International Investigator by the Council of International Investigators, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Allison joined Bishops in 2009, and currently serves as a Vice President of Investigations, primarily managing client engagements in the financial services industry. She provides domestic and international investigative due diligence services to financial institutions, fund of funds, private equity firms and institutional investors. Allison began her career as an Investigative Analyst, conducting background due diligence investigations at a risk mitigation consulting firm in New York City. Allison has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University.

Chelsey Franks joined Bishops in 2010 within the New York Investigations Team, and is now a Vice President - Investigations, managing a team of investigators in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is now based. Prior to joining Bishops, Chelsey was an investigator with a leading global background screening and investigations firm, operating out of their headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. Thereafter she served as an editor and reporter at The Deal Magazine, focusing on corporate bankruptcy and providing commentary, analysis and information services to Wall Street advisers, law firms, investors, financial intermediaries and corporate executives. Chelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Pam has been a Vice President of Investigations with Bishops since 2012, managing investigative due diligence services to fund of funds, hedge funds and venture capital firms. She brings with her over 20 years of experience conducting fraud investigations, background due diligence and investigative research. Prior to joining Bishops, Pam was a Chief Investigative Analyst and head of the Investigations Group for eight years at FIA, a boutique investigations and security firm in New York. Prior to this, she honed her investigative skills as a Manager at Deloitte for seven years, where she worked in the Litigation Support and Business Intelligence Service Groups. She was previously a Senior Fraud Investigator at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Pam holds a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Purchase and a Master’s degree from IONA/College of New Rochelle.

Russell Cherkes joined Bishops Services in 2015 after over 20 years with Thomson Reuters where he managed and significantly grew their public records and due diligence solutions businesses. Russell has extensive experience in the enhanced due diligence, risk management and compliance space, both as an information provider and as a leader in client development and customer relations. Russell has his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stony Brook University and works out of our New York office.
